I could summarize everything I want say by saying that all you need to know to get exactly How to Get What You Wantwhat you want is to FEEL good. By feeling good you attract more good to your life. You may ask yourself how can you feel good if your surroundings are not pleasing…well, if you are looking at something you do not want, ask your self, what is it that I do want? and when you find the answer focus on that.

How to Get What You Want

I read in the book Money and the Law of Attraction by Abraham-Hicks, and it teaches that every subject is really two subjects, what is wanted and the absence of “it”. Most people don’t see the difference, they think that to experience the feeling of having “it”, they must have “it” in front of them. Law of attraction works with your thoughts, but mostly the feelings produced by your thoughts. So if you start imagining how you would feel if you had that thing you desire, and then you start feeling how it would feel to have it, then you start attracting “it” to you.

How to Get What You Want

This little work requires practice but with time you will be able to train your mind to make that shift every time a negative thought comes to you. Think it as a positive thing, every time you experience a negative thought it is simply telling you that what you are experiencing is something you do not want, so it helps you find out what it is that you do want. Therefore, even those negative thoughts are helping you get align with what you really want.

A long time ago I picked up a book about juicing in a second hand store I loved to visit in Juicing is the Best Way to Lose WeightPhoenix, AZ every time I was there; they seem to always get all these interesting and empowering books. Back then, about 3 years, I was very foreign to the topic of juicing, in fact, I bought the book because on the title it said something about looking younger, and losing weight. After I read it I was wowed by it, I had no idea how many benefits juicing would bring to my life. Although I did not do anything after I read it because in my mind it seemed a little complex, and I was also a little scared to do it, the thought of doing it never left my mind.

Nowadays it is very common to find this kind of information as the population is getting more aware of the benefits of juicing; however, this article is about losing weight in particular, as we know, it is one of the wonderful benefits that juicing brings with it. So here I found a few recipes that are easy to follow and that are delicious.

One of my fears back in the days was to be hungry after drinking a juice, but after I started doing it, I noticed how satisfying and filling these juices were. Here they are:

Good Morning Sunshine:

  • One medium grapefruit, halved
  • Two medium apples, cored
  • Fresh Italian Parsley, several sprigs
  • Half a handful of grapes, seedless

Hunger Pain Be Gone:

  • Four medium carrots
  • Two stalks of celery, leaves and all
  • One handful of parsley
  • Four leaves of baby spinach
  • Dash of Tabasco

Stomach Filler:

  • One small cucumber, skin and all
  • Three celery stalks, including the leaves
  • One medium apple, cored
  • Two tablespoons of flavorless protein powder

Juicing is the Best Way to Lose Weight

Remember that you can always play around with your favorite ingredients. You can have up to 7 juices per day and include a smoothie as one of your juice meals. It is also very important to incorporate exercise to your daily routine as well as to keep eating healthy after you are done with your juicing.

It is also recommended that you juice for at least 3 days minimum, and it is also recommended for beginners to start just with 3 days while the body adjusts.

If you want to lose fat and get in great shape – but feel intimidated by gyms and exercise centers – you’re not alone.  Many women feel the same way.  And here’s the good news: no gym, no problem.  In this article I’ll share some strategies for getting in great shape even if you’re not ready for the whole gym scene.

There’s one simple message I wish I could share more effectively with all women that want to lose weight and get in shape.

You’re not alone.

I’ve heard hundreds of women of all shapes and sizes (including my wife) say the same things:

“I want to feel like I’m in control of my body and health.”
“I want to exercise in a way that feels safe but challenging.”
“I want to exercise in an environment that welcomes me and doesn’t judge me.”

Here’s what I also hear from female clients, and I’ve coached thousands:

“I’m intimidated by the gym, and that makes it tough to get a good workout.”
“I don’t feel like I know what I’m doing.”
“I feel like I have to be fit before I can even go to a gym!”
“I just want to do my thing anonymously, without people staring at me.”

If you sometimes feel the same ways, you’re in good company.

Many of the women you see in the gym have the exact same concerns and anxieties as you. Yes, it’s totally normal.  And no, you’re not weird.

Yet, here’s the thing.  Some women have found ways to overcome their exercise fears.  And, often, their empowerment begins by realizing that fitness doesn’t have to depend on joining a gym.

Alternatives to the Scary Gym

In my experience, it usually not exercise that intimidates women.  It’s the unfamiliar gym they think they need to join.  It’s the idea of learning something new in front of other people.  It’s the idea of being judged by others.

That’s why, if you’re like most women – juggling many responsibilities and time demands – feeling anxious and intimidated at the gym is a recipe for failure.  Add more mental stress to your already-taxed mental energy and resources and there goes your motivation.

But here’s how to avoid this fate: Find a low-stress exercise environment.  (At least in the beginning).

This could be a friendlier gym, a semi-private facility, or a women’s only facility.  It could even mean working out at home.  That’s right, when health and fitness is a priority, you have options.

Just remember that you’re in charge. Which means you get to pick where you’re going to work out.  You get to set the pace.  And you get to challenge yourself when and where you want to.

Remember, fitness isn’t about the perfect workout, done in the perfect place, at the perfect time.  If it were, no one would ever get fit.  Rather, it’s about doing what you can, where you can, when you can.
